We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and loved the stunning views from our room. the location was great for us: away from town but still accessible by cab. the hot springs were a major highlight, offering a beautiful way to end our day. the rooms were modern, plush, and came with fluffy beds and powerful showers.
The road leading to the hotel could use improvement, but it wasn't a major issue. We also found that the free WiFi only worked in the reception area, which was inconvenient.

I loved the location next to the river, right in the canyon with a river running past. The hotel facilities were great, with hot spring pools that had a soothing effect. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was also parking available.
For us it was ideal.

Spent New Year's here. Spectacular natural landscapes around. Very peaceful with the soothing sound of water. Enjoyed the thermal baths all to ourselves. Rooms were spacious and clean, with great odorless sheets. A lovely touch was the terry cloth robes ready every day for the thermal bath. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the service was good.
Getting there was a bit of trouble, road signs nowhere to be found. The hotel didn't seem to have much information on the surrounding area.
